Privacy policy

This policy applies to the website team-copilot.com. It is a translation for convenience; the German Datenschutzerklärung is the binding version.

2. Website, hosting and technical access data

When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested, referrer and browser and operating system details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure and reliable operation.

The server processes this data only to deliver the page. We do not store access logs with IP addresses. Error and security messages of the server may contain an IP address; they are deleted automatically after 7 days at the latest.

The website runs on a virtual server of Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger. The connection is encrypted with TLS.

3. Contact by email

This website has no contact form. If you email us, we process your details to handle the request. The email service is provided by Hostinger.

4. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Fonts and graphics are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.

If you open the website through a link with campaign parameters (for example utm_source or ref), a small script adds these parameters to the links to the demo and the app. The values are stored neither in cookies nor in your browser’s storage.

5. Demo and app

Links on this website lead to the demo at demo.team-copilot.com and to the app at app.team-copilot.com. Processing there is covered by the app’s privacy policy (German).

6. Recipients, retention and your rights

Request data is kept only as long as needed for handling, security or statutory retention and is then deleted or anonymised. Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contactinfo@team-copilot.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example where you live or with the data protection commissioner of Saxony-Anhalt, who is responsible for us.
